摘要
以贵州青岩古镇为例,阐述了古镇保护规划实施五年来,通过抢救濒危历史建筑、更新完善基础设施和发展旅游等一系列的实践,促进了古镇的保护和更新,使青岩古镇由一个原来以农业为主的农村集镇转变为旅游城镇的发展变化过程,提出“合理利用就是保护”的观点,指出要处理好古镇保护与发展的关系,还必须防止旅游及商业的过度开发,需要有当地居民的积极参与,以及基础设施留有发展余地等几个需要注意的问题。
After five years ＇practice of conservation planning for the Qingyan ancient town, the salvage of endangered historic buildings, the improvement of basic utilities and the development of tourism have transformed the ancient town mainly depending on agriculture into a tourism town. The viewpoint mentioned as the topic just arises therefore. But what should be noticed is to coordinate conservation and development for preventing over-development of tourism and trade. These matters need local inhabitants＇ active participation and leaving room for development of basic utilities.
