摘要
产科医护人员为产妇分娩服务具有明显的特殊性,即分娩过程的每一个医疗护理环节都关系着母婴的健康与生命安全。目前在医院产科中尚存在着非人性化的服务现象,存在着诱发医患矛盾和纠纷的可能。为此,从伦理角度思考,应采取有效的工作措施,改善产科开展人性化服务与管理工作,让产妇真正感到满意,以构建起和谐的医患关系。
Service for childbirth is obviously special. Because every tache in childbirth can affect the health and life safe of babies and mothers. At present the humanistic service is still not popularized in maternity of hospitals. So it is possible to happen contradictions or bothers between doctors and patients. Therefore, thinking from ethics, we should adopt effective measures, develop the humanistic service and management, and satisfy the lying -in women completely, to establish harmonious relationships between doctors and pationts
