摘要
将粉煤灰与Na2CO3以一定比例磨细混合均匀,在反应温度800~900℃,保温时间60~120min下进行反应。以浓度为3.14mol/L的盐酸对反应产物进行酸浸,经过滤除杂后的体系由溶胶相向凝胶相转变,再次过滤、干燥得最终SiO2产品,该SiO2质量分数在98%以上,比表面积为775.12m2/g。
Fly ash that was well-mixed with Na2CO3 in a certain ratio was reacted at 800-900℃ for 60-120 min. The reacted product was soaked with HCl 3.14mol/L, after filtering and removing impurity, the solution was changed from sol to gel. The final SiO2 with SiO2 content above 98% and specific surface area 775.12 m^2/g was obtained through filtering and drving once again.
