稀土元素对肉鸡能量氨基酸利用率的影响 被引量:2

EFFECTS OF RARE-EARTH ELEMENTS ON AVAILABILITY OF ENERGY AND AMINO ACIDS IN BROILERS

摘要 选用1日龄商品代AA肉鸡270羽,研究稀土元素对肉鸡生长的影响。选用54羽29日龄公鸡进行代谢试验,研究稀土元素对肉鸡日粮中能量、粗蛋白质和氨基酸利用率的影响。结果表明:添加20~80mg·kg-1稀土元素,可提高肉鸡增重(P<0.01)和饲料转化率(P<0.05~0.01),提高能量利用率(P<0.05~0.01)和粗蛋白质利用率(P<0.05);添加20~160mg·kg-1稀土元素,可提高必需氨基酸利用率(P<0.05~0.01)和总氨基酸利用率(P<0.05~0.01)。其中,以40mg·kg-1添加量肉鸡生长效果最佳,增重较对照组提高8.29%(P<0.05)、料肉比下降8.43%(P<0.01)、能量利用率提高3.80%(P<0.01)、粗蛋白质利用率提高7.35%(P<0.05)、必需氨基酸利用率提高3.37%(P<0.05)、总氨基酸利用率提高4.27%(P<0.01)。 Two hundred seventy one-day-old commerical A. A. broilers were used to study the effects of rare-earth elements on growth of broilers. Fifty-four 29 day-old male chicks were used in metabolic test to study the effects of rare-earth elements on availability of energy,crude protein and amino acids. The results indicated that weight gain (P<0. 05),feed conversion efficiency (P<0. 05~0.01 ), energy availability(P<0. 05~0. 01 )and crude protein availability (P<0. 05)increased significantly when 20~80 mg·kg-1 rare-earth elements were added into the basal ration. When 20~160 mg·kg-1rare-earth elements were added,essential amino acids availability and total amino acids availability increased significantly (P<0. 05~0. 01 ). Of all doses,40 mg· kg-1 was the best for the growth;weight gain (P< 0. 05 ), feed conversion efficiency(P< 0. 01 ), energy availability (P< 0. 01 ), crude protein availability(P<0. 05), essential amino acids availability (P<0 . 05 ) and total amino acids availability (P<0. 01 )rose by 8. 29%, 8. 43 %, 3. 80%, 7. 35 %, 3. 37 % and 4.27%,respectively.
