摘要
以乙型肝炎病毒（ＨＢＶ）ＤＮＡ转染细胞株２．２．１５细胞培养上清液中ＨＢｓＡｇ和ＨＢｅＡｇ滴度作为天然药物抗ＨＢＶ效果的评价指标，对板蓝根、苦味叶下株和４种中药混合物的抗ＨＢＶ作用进行了比较。同时，应用四甲基偶氮唑盐（ＭＴＴ）比色分析法检测药物的细胞毒性。结果显示，苦味叶下株与４种中药的混合物抗ＨＢＶ的作用较强，可望成为有潜力的抗ＨＢＶ药物。
cells that came from HepGZ cells which transfected with cloned HBV DNA were cultured with three natural pharmaciz.The effects of these drugs on HBV were evaluated by testing HBsAg and HBeAg in the upper media with ELISA and the cytotoxicities of these drugs were examined by MTT method.The results showed that two of the natrual agents may be potent anti-HBV drugs.
