摘要
目的探讨营养支持在肝衰竭治疗中的作用及相应的护理措施。方法对40例肝衰竭病人营养支持进行观察,对其进行多项护理干预。结果护理干预后26例配合营养支持,31例营养状况明显改善,5例有一定改善,3例效果较差,1例死亡。结论心理性因素、角色转换、社会支持体系对肝衰竭病人肠内营养支持适应性模式的影响较明显,相应的护理干预有助于患者接受营养支持。
Objective To discuss the corresponding measure of nursing , and apply better the nurishment supporting during the treatment of liver failure. Methods 40 cases of liver failure who have accepted the nurishment support was observed. Results 26 cases could work in the nurishment support, the nutrition status of 31 cases had obvious improved , 5 cases had a little improved. 3 cases had no effect, one patient was died. Conclusion The effect of psychological factors , role conversion , social support is more obviously to the intestinal nurishment support, and the corresponding nursing intervention is heloful to make the patient acceot the narisbment support.
