摘要
对于普通V带传动,合理选择带速,既可保证最大传动能力,又可使带的寿命最长,达到优化设计的目的。通过分析带速与带所受应力和初拉力之间的关系,提出了确定带速合理范围的方法,并以带速范围为依据,确定带轮基准直径的合理范围。
Analyzes relations of speed and the stress and initially pulling force,puts forward the method of determining reasonable scope of speed, and takes the speed range as the basis, definite reasonable scope of datum diameter.
