摘要
金融发展促进资本配置效率的提高,是金融部门的重要职能之一。改革开放以来,我国的金融发展迅速,但国民经济中资本的配置效率并没有相应提高。其原因主要是信贷资本配置结构扭曲以及政府的不当干预等,为此,就必须针对这些问题采取相应对策,才能实现金融发展对资本配置效率的推进。

Credit capital deposition structure and the improper govenmental intervening.Therefore, it is necessary to take some measures to improve capital disposition efficiency by further financial devdopment.
