摘要
旅游规划是对旅游发展进行宏观调控的重要手段。县域旅游业的发展是中国旅游业发展的基础,选取河南省淇县旅游发展总体规划作为典型案例,进行了县域旅游规划的实证研究,指出了该规划值得肯定的成果和其中存在的问题及缺陷,总结出了具有普遍意义的适合我国县域旅游规划的编制原则与编制思路,重点突出规划编制的可持续发展、深度开发和可操作性原则,提出了打造核心竞争力、以市场为导向、资源组合、规划乡村旅游和加强支持系统建设等县域旅游发展规划思路。
Tourism planning is a vital approach to the macro - economic control of tourism development. County tourism is the basis of Chinese tourism. This paper takes Qi county Henan Province as an example to study the existing problems in county - region tourism planning. It elaborates the achievements and weakness in this case and puts forward the specific strategy for it. It draws a conclusion that county- region tourism planning should insist on sustainable, deeply exploit and practical rules.So it can aim at the enhancement of core competence involving market- oriented, resources- integrated rural tourism planning and supporting system.
