摘要
概念、框架体系的差异性是目前困扰知识定量评价的重大障碍。要通过甄别知识的边界与范围、内涵与表现形式、目的与作用、方式与方法来建立知识定量评价体系,以促进知识评价学科的发展。
The concept and frame system discrepancy constitutes a great obstacle for knowledge quantitative evaluation at present. This paper tries to establish knowledge quantitative evaluation system through screening knowledge＇s boundary and scope, connation and manifestation, goal and function, way and method, so as to promote the development of knowledge evaluation.
