摘要
作者应用国产钛芯羟基磷灰石人工牙根以拔牙后立即种植术对69例患者施行了84颗种植体植入术。经0.5～6年观察,种植成功率达95.2％,多数种植牙稳固,X片显示无明显骨吸收,病员满意。本文同时对立即种植术的手术适应证,手术要点以及影响立即种植术后种植体骨性结合因素进行了讨论。
84 hydroxylapatite-coated titanum implants placed in fresh extraction sites of 69 patients. After 0. 5-6years observation, the successful rate is 95. 2%. Most implants keep stable,X-ray films showed no obvioces bone absorption. The patients were statis-fied with restoration. Indication, surgical techniques and fcectors influencing bone os-seointegration are disscused in this article.
