292例根管充填质量的临床评价

摘要 目的对根管充填质量进行临床评价，探讨磨牙根管欠充的原因。方法收集门诊2004年3月～2005年5月所完成根管治疗病例292例的X线片，分别对前牙、前磨牙和磨牙根管充填质量及磨牙欠充的发生进行分析。结果前牙、前磨牙和磨牙的适充比例分别为75％、70％和57％。磨牙欠充比例为27％，其中欠充主要集中在下颌磨牙的近中根管和上颌磨牙的近中颊侧根管。结论磨牙根管欠充与根管预备并发症、根管充填器械和技术均密切相关，根管充填质量仍需进一步提高。
