摘要
针对基于可变参数的产品平台,用遗传算法对产品平台参数进行规划,满足各种客户需求.该规划方法无需事先人为指定,而是在满足多样化客户需求的前提下,尽可能提高产品族中设计变量的共性,从而确定最好的产品平台的公共参数及其最优值,以及个性参数及其变化范围.并以一个电动机例子验证了该方法.
As to scale-based product platform planning, a method of genetic algorithm was brought out to satisfy a set of customer requirements. Unlike many usual methods for platform planning that designers have to determine product common parameters and variable attributes beforehand, the proposed method focuses on improving the commonality of the product family within the satisfactory of the diverse customer needs, and then determines the variable product attributes and their variation range, as well as the common parameters of product platform and their optimal values. This method of product platform planning is validated by a case study of motor designing.
