摘要
以海藻酸钠为载体,用包埋法共固定α-淀粉酶和糖化酶双酶体系,研究了共固定化过程中双酶的比例、pH值、温度对共固定化后体系稳定性的影响,并探讨了此双酶体系在热稳定性、储藏稳定性、连续使用稳定性方面的效果。
Using sodium alginate as the carrier,α-amylase and glucoamylase were coimmobilized by method embedding. The influences of the ratio of two enzymes,pH value and temperature on the stability of coimmobilized system were discussed in detail. And thermostability, storage stability and continuous use stability of the coimmobilization enyme was studied too.
