摘要
目的:观察骨碎补总黄酮抗膝骨关节炎的作用。方法:兔膝关节腔内注入木瓜蛋白酶造成兔膝骨关节炎模型;结扎大鼠双侧股静脉造成大鼠膝骨关节炎模型。结果:兔和大鼠膝骨关节炎实验模型中,骨碎补总黄酮减轻软骨病变,显著降低Mankin法软骨积分。病理检测结果表明骨碎补总黄酮组形态明显优于模型对照组。扫描电镜观察表明,骨碎补总黄酮组大鼠软骨表面光滑,似覆盖一层无定形物质,较模型对照组有明显的改善。结论:骨碎补总黄酮具有较强的抗膝骨关节炎作用。
AIM:To investigate the effect of total flavonoids of rhizoma drynariae on osteoarthritis. METHODS: The rabbit model of knee osteoarthritis was made by intra-articular injection of papain and the rat model was established by ligation of both femoral veins. RESTULTS: In both rabbit and rat models, it was found that total flavonoids lightened the cartilage pathological change, and lowered the score marked by Mankin method significantly. The result of the scanning electron microscopic study indicated that total flavonoids alleviated the pathological change; the surface of the rats' cartilages was velvet and seemed to be covered with some amorphous material. CONCLUSION: Total flavonoids of rhizoma drynariae have significant effect on knee osteoarthritis.
