柴油机废气再循环冷却控制系统设计与试验 被引量:15

摘要 设计了EGR冷却控制系统,由单片机根据具体工况控制伺服电动水泵调节EGR冷却水的循环量,对再循环废气温度进行调节。分析了498型柴油机EGR废气温度对排放影响的实测结果,EGR在发动机较大负荷时需要冷却而小负荷不宜冷却。 The whole construction of EGR cooling system is designed. The cooling water of EGR comes from cooling system of engine is pumped by an accessional electric servo pump. The water pump under the control of a microcontroller changes the flux of cooling water so that the temperature of EGR can change automatically. The effect of EGR temperature on the exhaust is analyzed on a 498 type diesel engine. Cooled EGR is suitable for high load, while uncooled EGR is suitable for part load. Furthermore the electric control system for EGR cooling system is designed. Open circuit and PID control method are adopted. Open circuit control as main control method gives temperature of EGR according temperature of EGR for the best exhaust and the fact of engine working condition. PID control is used to control the electric servo pump real time according to the temperature given. The experimentation shows that the exhaust is better for 250% and 75% load of engine. And the temperature of EGR is controlled automatically.
