摘要
首先对高速公路护栏系统进行了单部件的有限元优化分析,即通过对护栏系统主要的单个部件分别进行优化设计,以考察护栏系统在这些优化条件下的安全防护有效性和能量吸收特性。然后对高速公路护栏系统进行了多部件有限元优化分析,即在对单个部件优化的基础上,提出多部件复合优化分析方案。结果表明,分别增加或同时增加波形梁和防阻块的厚度为较优的方案,并据此提出一些建议,供工程设计参考。
Finite element analysis was used for single component optimization design of expressway guardrail system for studying the effectiveness and energy absorbing property of the key component, then using finite element analysis on multiple components optimum design of expressway guardrail system, optimum plan for multiple components is presented. It is shown that increasing the thickness of wbeams and blocks separately or simultaneously is more reasonable for the design of expressway guardrail system. Acconlingly some practical and effective suggestions are given for the engineering design.
