摘要
目的适应新时期军事斗争卫勤准备需要,探索培养合格军队护理人才的模式。方法采用自编问卷调查及访谈法,调查选修《现代野战护理学》的学员共95人。结果被调查者对现代战争认识模糊,对新概念武器尤其是战伤救护5项技术知晓率极低;多数人因对军事护理有强烈兴趣而选修《现代野战护理学》并认为该课程急需开设或很有必要开设;排在前4位的培训需求依次为战时心理护理、战伤救护5项技术、野战外科护理、战伤休克;学生最愿意选择的培训方式是技术操作训练,其次为模拟演习、课堂讲授与临床实践;室外被认为是进行训练的最佳场所。结论为护理专业学员开设军事护理课程非常必要且迫在眉睫,训练应力求贴近实战并加强战时心理护理与战伤救护5项技术培训。
Objective To meet the need of war preparation of medical services in new circumstance and to discuss the model of training nursing talents in a military hospital. Methods By using questionnaire and interview, 95 students who took Modem Field Military Nursing as a selective course were investigated. Results The students knew a little about modem war and five skills about rescue and treatment of war wound. Most students had strong interests in selecting the course and thought it was necessary to have this course in military universities. Four important training programs were the followings in tuna： mental nursing in wartime, five basic skills about rescue and treatment of war wound, field surgery nursing and war wound shock nursing. Most of the students thought technique operating training was the best training way, then military practice, teaching in class and clinical practice, Outdoor was regarded as the best training place. Conclusion It is urgent and necessary to develop the training about rescue and treatment of war wound in medical universities. Training should be close to the war reality and emphasize the mental nursing in wartime and five basic skills about rescue and treatment of war wound.
