摘要
以30%H2O2为氧化剂,用WO3催化氧化环己酮合成己二酸,考察了催化剂用量和反应时间对己二酸产率的影响。当反应物物质的量比为环己酮:过氧化氢:三氧化钨=100:500:2,120℃反应3—6h,平均收率可达60.5%-75.3%;催化剂重复使用4次仍具有较高活性。结果表明:本方法操作简单、无污染,符合绿色化学发展要求。
Adipic acid is synthesized by W03 catalyzed oxidation cyclohexanone with 30 percent hydrogen peroxide. The effects of catalyst amount and reaction time on the yield of adipic acid are investigated. The results show when the mole ratio of C6H100:H202:WO3 = 100:500:2, the reaction temperature is 120℃ and the reaction time is 3 - 6 h, the isolated yield of adipic acid can reach between 60.5% - 75.3%. The catalyst can be reused for 4 times and can still keep high reactivity. It also show that this process has many advantages such as simple operation, no pollution and meeting to the requirment of green synthesis.
