摘要 目的研究先天性心脏病患儿体外循环(CPB)围术期凝血功能的变化。方法取患儿围术期4个时段的标本,分别以凝固法、发色底物法等检测凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原含量(FIB)、抗凝血酶(AT)活性等凝血及抗凝功能指标。结果以上指标的检测可判断患儿血液肝素化后凝血功能的变化。结论各凝血指标特别是AT活性可作为CPB围术期抗凝效果的监测和早期弥漫性血管内凝血(D IC)的诊断。 Objective To investigate the dynamic perioperation changes of the coagulation function in children during cardiopulmonary circulation. Methods Blood samples were collected from children during the four perioperative periods, the levels of prothrombin time(PT) , activated partial thromboplastin time(AFFT) , fibrinogen( FIB), and antithrombin (AT) activity were assayed with coagulation method and color substrate method. Results The levels of these parameters could be used to observe the influence of heparin infusion. Conclusions Coagulation parameters, especial AT activity, may be used to monitor the anti-coagulation function during cardiopulmonary circulation and make early diagnosis of disseminated intravascular coagulation ( DIC ).
