摘要
通过对高度白酒易燃、易爆和产生静电危害可能性的分析,结合对泸州宫阙老窖酒厂“8·4”酒罐爆炸事故原因的分析认定,重点阐述高度白酒静电危害特性以及白酒行业的安全技术与管理措施。
Based on the analysis of the flammability, explodability of the wine with high spirit as well as the easy static hazard, and in the light of the cause determination for ＂8 · 4＂wine tank explosion in Gonque wine Factory of Luzhou, the article set forth the static hazard of the wine with high spirit and the safety management measures for the wine trade.
