摘要
某石化公司100×104t/a两段提升管催化裂化装置烟机入口暖管一只DN300单式铰链型膨胀节,在生产运行过程中暖管水平段单式铰链型膨胀节波纹管突然发生爆裂,为分析失效事故原因,对失效的膨胀节进行了有限元计算与分析,并提出了改进措施。
In a petrochemical branch under PetroChina Group one DN300 single hinge type expansion joint of two heating pipes at flue gas turbine inlet of 100×10^4 t/a riser cracker abruptly burst at the bellows in its horizontal segrment during the production, in order to analyze the cause for the failure accident, finite element computation and analysis were conducted on the failed expansion joint and improvement actions were proposed in this paper.
