摘要
采用非常规的精馏塔序──组分塔,代替常规塔序,利用严格的精馏过程计算模型,对某橡胶厂溶剂回收系统进行了模拟计算,分析了组合塔用于非理想体系中节能改造的可行性,并取得了明显的节能效果.
Using irregular fractionarion column sequence-composed column-to replace regular one and with accurate modle to calculate fraction process, the solvent recovery system in a rubber plant is simulated. The paper analyzed the feasibity of improvement of saving energy in separating nonideal system by the composed column. The obvious effectiveness of saving energy is achieved
