摘要
设计组成了以计算机为中心的声发射信号提取与分析系统,采用高频声发射信号的共振解调法,既能判断轴承有无故障,又能确定故障发生的部位.实验表明,周AE共振解调法可以检测低速及普通转速下滚动轴承的故障,且有早期预测故障的特点,对实际设备诊断与维修有一定的指导意义.
A computer based test rig is constructed. Using hyigh frequency acoustic emission resonant demodulation method, it can not only detects bearing fault, but also locates the fault. The tests show that AE resonant demodulation method is sensitive to bearing incipient falut and it is useful in equipment maintenance.
