摘要
Moldflow是著名的注塑模CAE软件,其模拟结果的准确性对模具的设计、制造以及注塑成型生产的经济效率都具有十分重要的意义。以汽车风扇为研究对象,按照实际的注塑工艺条件,应用Moldflow软件对汽车风扇注塑成型过程进行数值化模拟,并将模拟结果与ATOS测量结果进行比较,分析Moldflow数值化模拟结果的精度,为Moldflow在注塑生产过程中提供重要的依据。
Moldflow is a leading CAE software of injection molding. The precision of its simulation results has important interest to the design and manufacturing of mold as well as economic efficiency of injection molding production. Taken automobile fan as an example, according to actual injection processing conditions, the injection molding process of automobile fan is simulated numerically by Moldflow. The simulation results are compared with the resulted measured by ATOS. The error analysis of Moldflow numerical simulation results provides an important reference to application of Moldflow in injection molding production.
