动压气体轴承性能计算方法研究 被引量:19

NEW METHOD FOR THE CALCULATION OF THE CHARACTERISTICS OF AERODYNAMIC BEARINGS

摘要 通过数学变换,将动压气体润滑Reynolds方程变换成标准的椭圆型偏微分方程形式,以MATLABPDE(partialdifferentialequation)工具箱为求解器,编制迭代计算程序,实现动压气体轴承性能的高精度计算。文中的计算结果与以往发表的数值计算结果非常吻合,这表明所提出计算方法的正确性。文中计算方法的思想可以推广应用于其他类型轴承的性能计算及其他类型偏微分方程问题的求解中。 The compressible Reynolds equation, which is the basic equation of the mathematical model of aerodynamic bearings, was mathematically transformed into standard elliptic PDE (partial differential equation) form, and as a result, MATLAB's PDE Toolbox can be utilized as a PDE solver. An iterative calculation program was developed and the high precise calculation of aerodynamic beatings is realized, The calculation results were validated and show good agreements with those already published. This indicates the correctness of the presented method, The idea of the presented method can be applied to other types of bearings and PDE problems.
