摘要
文化体制改革的总体目标,是最大限度地满足不同层次群众日益增长的精神文化需求,因此,研究人们在日常生活中产生的需要并寻求其合理的满足方式是文化体制改革的基本思路。事实证明,在现代性内在张力中显现的“需要”既是衡量文化体制改革是否成功的重要标志,同时也是深化文化体制改革的最终动力。
The general target of cultural transformation is to satisfy different people＇s increasing needs of spirit culture. So the primary thing to do is to study what people need and try to find proper solutions to the problems. It is proved that needs of the society of present period serve as the sigh to measure whether the transformation is successful or not. At the same time, it is the ultimate force to deepen the transformation of culture.
