摘要
系统地研究了流延法制备氮化铝基片过程中有机添加剂对氮化铝浆料流变性能的影响,采用NDJ-11旋转式粘度计测定浆料的流变性能,结果表明:混合溶剂二甲苯/异丙醇对粉料的湿润性能最好,粉体的悬浮性能和浆料流变性能最佳;浆料的粘度随着塑性剂与粘结剂的比值R的增加而急剧降小,流变性能得到明显改善。
Effect of organic additives on the rheological behaviors of slurry for tape-casting alumina nitride substrate was studied systematically. The rheological behaviors of the slurry were measured on NDJ-11 Rheometer by rotate cylinder method. The results show that the wetting capacity of mixed organic solutions (dimethylbenzene and isopropanol) on the powders was good, which was benefit to improve the suspensibility of powders and rbeological of slurry. The viscosity of slurries decreased sharply with the increase of the R ratio ( plasticizer/ binder), the rheological behaviors of alumina nitride slurries were improved obviously. words]
