摘要
利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对准双曲面齿轮进行动力学接触仿真分析,计算了齿轮副在啮合过程中齿面接触应力、应变的变化情况及两对轮齿同时接触过程中接触压力的分布及边缘接触情况。
Dynamic emulate analysis of hypoid gear is operated with ANSYS/LS-DYNA software.The contact stress and deformation during the meshing process are got.The distribution of contact force is calculated when two pairs of teeth contacting simultaneously.And the edge contact phenomena is solved.
