摘要
为了提高织机的速度和织物质量,介绍了电子送经/卷取系统的工作原理,以及以ARM7为处理器及外围电路的控制系统,μC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统的移植和多任务管理,经纱张力和卷取量控制及模糊PID控制。
For enhancing the loom' s speed and textile quality, the work theory of the electronic let-off/take-up system and control system consisting the ARM7 processor and peripheral circuit were introduced. The μC/OS-Ⅱ operating system replanted and dealing with multitask, the control for the tensile-force and winding quantity, fuzzy PID control were also introduced.
