摘要
目的了解临床上常见的变态反应性皮肤病的特异过敏原及血清总IgE水平变化。方法采用体外定性的酶免疫分析法对160例变态反应性皮肤病患者血清过敏原进行检测,同时检测总IgE水平。结果总IgE阳性126例,总阳性率为78.75%,强阳性率为57.5%,160例变态反应性病病患者中吸入组过敏原以普通豚草、蒿属植物(58/160)为最高;食物组过敏原以鳕鱼、金枪鱼、扇贝(106/160)为最高。血清IgE以慢性荨麻疹为最高,阳性率为63.44%。结论酶免疫分析法可以帮助临床合理寻找相应过敏原,为变态反应性疾病的预防、诊断和治疗提供依据。但仍需统一阳性观测标准,并进行多地区、多过敏原的测定,以确定我国常见的过敏原及其分布。
Objective To investigate the specific clinic allergen and total serum immunoglobulin E( IgE) levels in 160 patients with common allergic dermatosis. Methods Enzyme immunoassay method was used to detect the specific allergen and serum specific IgE antibodies(sIgE) by IVT kit . Results 78.75% (126/160) of patients were positive with sIgE antibodies , among them 57.5%(92/160) were strongly positive. The ragweed and artemisia(58/160) was the most common allergen in inhalation group in 160 patients with allergic dermatosis ; while in food group , the most common allergen was cod fish , tunny and scallop(106/160) . Total IgE level of patients with chronic urticaria was the highest , the positive rates were 63.44% . Conclusion Enzyme immunoassay method can help us to find relevant allergen and to confirm allergic constitution of patients , and provide foundation of the prevention and treatment of allergic dermatosis. But it is necessary to set up a better positive evalution , and to test muhiarea and muhiantigen , It is benefit for defying common antigens and its distribution.
