盾构机在特殊地段的管片拼装技术 被引量:8

摘要 深圳前湾燃机电厂过海管廊工程分为1 088m的盾构法施工段和370m矿山法施工段,衬砌均采用6块钢筋混凝土预制管片拼装而成。隧道地质条件复杂,坡度要求高,在海下通过,需穿越预留排桩,给管片拼装造成了很大的困难。主要介绍了在该工程施工中的两个特殊地段:盾构机穿越预留排桩地段和盾构机过矿山段,如何采用正常拼装、纠偏拼装、曲线段拼装三种管片拼装技术顺利地通过,且保证管片拼装质量。 Qianwan subsea tunnel in Shenzhen consists of two sections, i. e. , the shield-bored tunnel section and the mined tunnel section, for which pre-fabricated reinforced concrete segment lining consisting of 6 segments per ring is adopted. Due to the complex geological conditions, high gradient requirements and the rowed piles under which the shield machine bores through, it is of great difficulties to conduct the segment erections. For the two special portions of the tunnel, i. e. , the tunnel portion where the shield machine bores underneath through the rowed piles and the tunnel portion where the shield machine advances through the mined tunnel section, three segment erection patterns, i.e. , normal erection pattern, direction-modification erection mode and pattern of erection for curved sections, are adopted, which resuits in high segment erection quality. The article places it emphasis on the presentation of the afore-described segment erection technology adopted for the two special tunnel portions.
