摘要
通过对IEC61970标准中的公共信息模型(CIM)和组件接口规范(CIS)的分析,介绍了面向对象技术、关系数据库技术、组件技术以及可扩展置标语言(XML)和统一建模语言(UML)等软件技术及其在该标准的应用,同时指出这些软件技术的应用及IEC61970的全面推出对指导未来电力自动化系统的设计开发、建设应用、性能评价以及提高监控和数据采集(SCADA)/能量管理系统(EMS)的标准化和互操作性具有重要意义。
Based on the analysis of COM(Common Information Model;) and CIS(Component Interface Specification) IEC 61970,software technologies such as object orientation,relational database,component, XML (eXtensible Markup Language), UML (Unified Modeling Language) and their applications in IEC 61970 are introduced. It is stressed that the application of these technologies and the issuance of IEC 61970 are significant in guiding the design,the development, the construction ,the operation and the performance assessment of electric power automation systems and increasing the standardization and the interoperability of the SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition)/EMS(Energy Management System).
