摘要
对莫来石及其复相材料的显微结构对其常温强度、高温强度、高温抗蠕变性、抗热震稳定性的影响进行了评述和总结,并从原料、烧成温度、添加剂及其他等方面讨论了制备工艺对优化材料显微结构及改进材料力学性能的影响。
The effects of microstructures of mullite and its multi-phase materials on their room temperature strength, high temperature strength,creep resistance and thermal shock resistance have been reviewed and generalized. Furthermore, the relationships between the process factors such as the raw materials, the firing temperature, the additives and others and the optimization of microstructures and the improvement of mechanical properties have been discussed.
