摘要
全国理工农医院校社科学报联络中心配合中国科协精品期刊工程项目,适时推出“提高质量,打造精品”的战略,将会为理工农医院校社科学报提供一次跨越发展的机会。精品战略要求全国理工农医院校社科学报联络中心组建专家评审委员会,制定评审制度、评价体系;要求主办单位树立国际化意识,给予学报经费和政策方面的支持,重视对从业主体的投入;要求主编具有超前意识,作者的文章具有学术含量,编辑充分发挥能动作用。
National Liaison Center of engineering - agriculture - medicine - college social sciences journal edition proposed a strategy of ＂the improvement of the quality and the creation of top-quality articles＂ in coordination to the Engineering in top-quality Chinese social sciences journal editions. This strategy provides a great space for the development to engineering - agriculture - medicine - college social sciences journal edition. It requires that the National Liaison Center of engineering - agriculture - medicine - college social sciences journal edition should organize a Committee of Experts, to set up a System of Assessment, that the sponsored organization to foster a world-wide sense of cooperation, offer necessary supports on finance and policy, and pay attention to the investment to the talented authors. It also requires that chief editors should have fore-sight, authors＇articles should have much value of study, and editors should play a positive role in their positions.
