摘要
天使投资是一种非正规的风险投资,它在许多方面都有别于风险投资公司或者风险投资基金等专业机构所从事的正式的风险投资活动。在介绍天使投资的基础上,对天使投资和风险投资进行了较为全面地比较分析,就如何推动我国天使投资的发展提出了几点政策建议。
As an informal venture investment, angel investment differentiates from formal venture investment which is conducted by venture investment corporation or venture fund in many aspects. It is primarily based on the introduction to angel investment that this article makes comprehensively comparative analysis on angel investment and venture investment, and lastly makes some suggestions about how to promote angel investment in our country .
