套袋对梨果实品质和农药残留的影响 被引量:43

Effects of Bagging on Quality and Pesticides Residues of Pear Fruits

摘要 研究了翠冠和丰水梨套3种类型果袋对果实品质以及套袋对果实中农药残留量的影响,结果表明:与不套袋对照相比,套3种果袋处理的果实皮色淡而均匀、果锈少、果点不明显,果面光亮美观,外观品质明显改善。在套3种果袋处理间,翠冠梨以套防水双层果袋处理的果实外观品质较优,丰水梨以套防水双层果袋和套黄色单层果袋处理的果实外观品质较优。翠冠梨套防水双层果袋、黄色单层果袋处理以及丰水梨套黄色单层果袋处理的果实糖度、酸度、硬度等食用品质分别与不套袋对照无显著差异。套袋处理可显著降低果实中毒死蜱、多菌灵和氯氟氰菊酯残留量。 The effects of bagging on the quality of Cuiguan and Hosui pear fruits were studied. The results were showed as follows: the visual quality of fruits was significantly improved by bagging, and bagged fruits, with less rust and invisible dots, became brighter and more beautiful than non-bagged ones. However, the bagged fruits had lower soluble solids and stone cell content, and higher titratable acid and water content than non-bagged fruits. The residues of chlorpyrifos, carbendazim and cyhalothrin in fruits were also greatly reduced by bagging. The effects of bagging on fruit quality varied with the types of fruit bag. Cuiguan fruits covered with Haoguo bags ( made in Taiwan, with two layers of paper) had more beautiful surface, higher soluble solids and lower acid content than those bagged with Jiatian bags (made in Taiwan, with one layer of paper) and common bags ( made in Jiangsu, with two layers of paper), showing that Haoguo bag was the best one for covering Cuiguan pears. Hosui fruits covered with Jiatian bags had the most soluble solids, the least acid and moderate visual quality in the bagged fruits, indicating that Jiatian bags was the best fruit bags for covering Hosui pears.
