摘要
目的探讨阑尾炎的超声图像特征及超声对阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法应用低频和高频超声对165例可疑阑尾炎进行右下腹和全腹检查,发现异常低回声包块,测量其大小,观察周边和内部回声情况,总结分析其声像图特点。所有病例均经手术与病理证实。结果阑尾炎的超声诊断符合率为84.24%。结论高频超声对阑尾的直观显示可为临床提供客观的诊断依据。
Objective To prohe appendicitis ultrasound features and its diagnostic value. Methods Low and high frequency ultrasound was applied to examine the right lower quadrant and general ahdomen in 165 eases suspected as appendiehis. The size, inner echoes and adjacent areas of low echoic masses were measured and analysed. All cases were proved hy operation and pathology. Results The ultrasound diagnostic accuracy reached 84. 24%. Conclusions High frequency ultrasound can directly and clearly display ultrasound appendicitic features and provide objcetive basis of correct diagnosis for clinical.
