摘要
运用扫描电镜、图象仪等手段研究了不同形变量温变形对75钢回火时碳化物粗化规律的影响。结果表明,未变形回火时的碳化物粗化符合r3∝kt的关系,即主要由碳原子晶格扩散控制的长大;30%温变形回火时的碳化物粗化符合r5∝Kt的关系,即主要由位错扩散控制的长大;而50%温变形回火时的碳化物粗化符合r4∝kt的关系,即主要由晶界扩散控制的长大。
The influence of warm deformation on carbide coarsening of 75 steel have been investigated by using SEM and automatic microscope image analysis system.The results show that different deformation results in different effects on carbide coarsening:without deformation,the carbide ing is in accord with the relationship of r3ockt, i.e.,the carbide coarsening is controlled by lattice diffusion of carbon atoms i with deformation of 30%,the carbide coarsening is consistent with the relation-ship of r'ockt,i.e',the carbide coarsening is controlled by dislocation diffusion of carbon atoms and with deformation of 50%,the carbide coarsening is conformable to the relationship of r4ockt i.e.,the coarsening is controned by grain boundary diffusion of carbon atoms.
