摘要
以某高校新校区的建设为例,对项目决策、工程设计、施工招标、工程施工和竣工决算等阶段的投资控制进行分析研究。实践证明,工程项目的投资控制是一个动态的过程,也是一项复杂的系统工程,投资方应充分发挥投资控制的主体作用,从多方面采取措施,在项目建设的全过程实施有效的投资控制。
With the construction of the new campus of a certain college as an example,this paper focuses on the analysis and study of the investment control at various stages,such as the project decision,engineering design,construction bid,engineering construction and final accounting of the completed project. Through the practice,we can find that the investment control is a dynamic process and a complex systematic one too. The investor should fully exert its principal role and take measures in various aspects in order to make an effective control during the whole construction process.
