摘要
煤矿开采是对土地资源破坏的主要部分之一,不仅使耕地面积减少,而且造成矿区环境的破坏。在分析目前煤矿开采造成土地资源破坏特点的基础上,提出了在煤矿开采过程中进行土地复垦的治理措施、减沉开采技术措施,以及煤矿开采应引入“3S”理论与技术等一系列对策,使煤炭资源的开采纳入社会经济持续发展的轨道。
Mining coal is one of primary factors to damage land resources, it not only decreases cultivated area, but also causes environment of mine destruction. Based on analysis land resources destruction characteristics by mining coal at present, a series of measures is discussed, such as the harnessing measures of land reclamation, mining technology of lightening subsidence, and ＂3S＂ technology is introduced into mining and so on, to bring mining into the orbit of social economy sustained and stable development.
