摘要
通过不同的提取方法和分离方法，对杜仲叶中绿原酸含量的测定结果进行了比较。认为在常规实验室中，用乙醇提取—纸层析分离—紫外分光光度法测定杜仲叶、杜仲皮或杜仲产品中绿原酸含量的方法简便易行。
The contents of chlorogenic acid in the leaves of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.(Du Zhong) measured by different methods were compared. The results showed that to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in the leaves, bark and related products, the method of ethonal extraction-paper chromatography-ultraviolet spectrophotometry in routine laboratory is simple, feasible and reliable.
