参麦注射液合用雾化吸入鱼腥草注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察COPD急性加重期患者运用参麦注射液配合雾化吸入鱼腥草注射液的临床疗效。方法将72例患者随机分为治疗组(36例)和对照组(36例),治疗组在常规抗感染等措施基础上用参麦注射液配合雾化吸入鱼腥草注射液治疗,对照组用常规抗感染等措施治疗,观察临床总疗效以及氧分压(PaO2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)及T细胞亚群变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为94.4%,对照组总有效率为75.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05;)治疗后治疗组PaO2高于对照组,PaCO2低于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗后治疗组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8均高于对照组,CD8低于对照组,(均P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上用参麦注射液配合雾化吸入鱼腥草注射液治疗COPD急性加重期患者,可以有效提高机体免疫功能,改善通气功能,纠正组织器官的缺氧状态。 Objective To value the efficacy of "Shenmal Injection" plus inhaled atomized Houttuynia injection in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD). Methods 72 patients were randomly assigned to two groups,36 cases in treatment group were given conventional treatments combined with "Shenmai Injection" and inhaled atomized Houttuynia injection, 36 cases in control group were given the conventional treatments only. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.4%, and that of the control group was 75.0%, which showed a notable difference between the two groups (P〈 0.05). Arterial PaO2,CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, while arterial PaCO2 and CD8 of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion "Shenmai Injection" plus inhaled atomized Houttuynia injection may be effective in enhancing immunity, intensifying antibiotic action, improving ventilation and rectifying hypoxia in patients with AECOPD.
