摘要
脑血管意外患病率呈逐年上升趋势,有效的治疗方法对疾病的转归至关重要。如何通过新的治疗方法有效地提高患者回归家庭和社会的能力需要深入探讨。目前,治疗脑血管意外最有效的方法是建立卒中单元。我国卒中单元应用尚处在起步阶段,对其应用和发展、国内外研究现状及在我国实施的意义进行综述,旨在提高护理人员对卒中单元的认识,促进其推广。
The incidence of cerebrovascular diseases has a rise trend year by year. The effective treatment methods are key point for the disease recovery. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the new treatment methods to improve patients＇ competence to return to family and society effectively. At present, stroke unit has been the effective means to treat cerebrovascular diseases. In China, stroke unit is still at the beginning stage, this article summarized the current researches, application and development of the stroke unit both in China and abroad, and discussed the significance of the application of stroke unit in China ,which aimed to improve nurses＇ understanding to stroke unit and promote the application in China.
