硒碘营养状态对大鼠甲状腺和大脑谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力的影响 被引量:7

摘要 不同硒碘水平饲养的大鼠,在不同硒组间,其大脑硒含量及甲状腺和大脑谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—px)活力差异显著,两碘组间大脑硒含量及GSH—Px活力差异明显;低碘背景下补硒组及缺硒组的大脑硒含量和GSH—pX活力均明显增加或呈增加趋势,但补硒组的增加幅度大于缺硒组。提示:尽管大脑和甲状腺在低晒时可能优先得到硒以满足GSH—px合成,但其硒含量和GSH—Px活力仍低于硒营养状态良好时。低碘可能降低大脑的抗氧化状态。 tudy of rats fed in different levels of selenium(Se)and iodine(Ⅰ)showed that among four Sc subgruups,the cerebral selenium content and thyroidal and cerebral glutathione peroxidase(GSH一px)activity vrere sig一nificantly different,and that between two Ⅰsubgroups,cercbral Se content and GSH-px activity were different markedly.Under the background of iodine deficiency,cerebral Se content and GSH-px activity in both Se-re-pleted and Se- depleted rats either increascd significantly or slightly,but the increase extent in Se- repleted rats was greater than that in Se-depleted rats,These results suggest that drlthough brain and thyroid have the priority to get Se in Se deficiency, cerebral Se content and its GSH- px activity xvere still lower than those in Se sufficiency,iodine deficiency may lower thecerebral antioxidant status.
