摘要
为了寻找降低胎垂体细胞免疫原性的方法,本文将人胎垂体细胞分别放入含与不含1.0 mg/L 环胞素 A(cyclosporine A,CsA)的两种培养液中培养2周,经免疫电镜检查及用培养的细胞免疫家兔的方法,证实含 CsA 培养的细胞免疫原性较不含 CsA 培养的细胞免疫原性明显降低。结果提示:用 CsA 预处理胎垂体细胞,可显著降低其免疫原性。
In order to seek a method to diminish the immunogeneicity of the fetal pituitary cells 1.0 mg/L.Cyclosporine A(CsA)was added to the culture medium for human fetal pitu- itary cells and cultured for two weeks.Then the immunogenicity of the cultured cells was as- sessed by means of immunoelectron microscopic examination and immunozation of rabbits with the cultured cells.The results showed that the immunogenicity of the cultured cells with CsA was reduced significantly.
