摘要
采用AN SY S有限元软件对铝合金筒体焊接的纵焊缝的温度场进行了模拟。用AN SY S有限元的APDL语言编写程序,实现了焊接移动热源的动态模拟计算;用AN SY S的自适应网络划分技术对焊件进行了合理的划分,这些为以后焊接应力应变的准确分析奠定了基础。
In the paper, welding temperature field in lengthways joint of canister structure is simulated with the ANSYS parametric design language APDL. Compiling program to apply load of moving heat source is realized. With the transition mesh technology, the welding joint is meshed reasonably. Research results are good for the analysis of welding stress and strain field further.
