摘要
本文针对高挥发分的褐煤原料,提出两步炭化法制炭分子筛概念,并考察了工艺条件和产品空分性能。结果表明,与一步法相比,两步炭化法制炭分子筛具有易成型、粘结剂用量少,炭分子筛强度高和空分性能好等优点。
Preparation of carbon molecular sieves(CMS)from brown coal by two-step carbonization method(TSC)has been investigated in this work.It is proved that the TSC method has the advantages of easy shaping,little bindercon suming,high strength and good air separation ability of the CMS,which is superior to one-step carbonization method.
