摘要
报道了广东省梅州市的野生食用植物72科150属198种(不包括可食用的蕨类、藻类、菌类),并对其种类特点、生物学性状、食用部位等指标进行了统计与分析.分析了梅州市野生食用植物的利用现状并提出了相应的开发对策.
72 families, 150 genera and 198 species（ except edible wild fungi, pteridophyte and phycophte）of wild edible plants which distributed in Meizhou city, were reported. The statistics and analysis on the characteristics of species, biological propeties, eatable parts were conducted. The present conditions of utilization and exploration stratagems of wild edible plants in Meizhou were analysed and presented, respectively.
