摘要
目的研究老年心血管疾病患者应用不同剂量阿司匹林抗血小板治疗的效果及安全性。方法91例老年冠心病患者随机分为阿司匹林(50 mg/d)组、阿司匹林(100 mg/d)组及对照组(复方丹参滴丸250 mg/d),药物治疗8周后,观察试验前后血常规、血小板聚集率改变及胃黏膜出血损伤等副作用发生情况。结果与对照组比较阿司匹林50 mg/d及100 mg/d对血小板聚集率均有确切的抑制作用;在血小板聚集率抑制方面,阿司匹林50 mg/d与100 mg/d间差异无统计学意义;胃肠道副作用发生情况各组差异无统计学意义,但阿司匹林100 mg/d组发生例数较多。结论老年患者应用阿司匹林50 mg/d及100 mg/d均能获得确切的抗血小板聚集效果,且较安全。
Objective To detect the antiplatelet effects and safety in older patients with coronary disease who were treated aspirin with different doses. Methods 91 old patients aged more than 75 and over with coronary disease took part in the study. Patients were radomized to receive 50 mg or 100 mg daily, and the placebo group （fufang danshen diwan 250 mg/d）. The treatment was continued for 8 weeks. Before and after the study, blood specimens were collected in all eligible patients to test the blood routine values, platelet aggregation rate （PAG）, and endoscopy was performed as well. Results Both aspirin 50mg/d and 100mg/d in this study could inhibit platelet aggregation significantly compared with placebo（ P 〈0.05 ）. There was no significiant difference in antiplatelet effect between aspirin 50mg/d and 100mg/d. There was no significiant difference in the occurrence of gastric bleeding among all groups. Conclusions Both aspirin 50mg/d and 100mg/d could inhibit platelet aggregation definitely and safetly in older patients with cardiovascular diseases.
